Q1:Are you a trading company or a direct printing factory?
A:We are a direct printing and packaging factory with our own production workshops, advanced printing equipment and a professional R&D team. We skip the middleman links, enabling us to offer more competitive prices and better control over production schedules and product quality.
Q2:Where is your factory located? And which port will you ship the goods from?
A:Our factory is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, which has a complete industrial chain supporting and convenient logistics resources for printing and packaging. For international shipments, we mainly arrange delivery from Shenzhen Port or Guangzhou Port, and we can also adjust the departure port according to your destination and logistics preferences.
Q3:How many employees are there in your factory, and what is your monthly production capacity for printing products?
A:Our factory currently has more than 200 employees, including skilled production workers, strict quality control inspectors and professional technical R&D personnel. Our monthly production capacity can reach 5 million pieces of brochures and leaflets, and 2 million sets of packaging boxes, which can flexibly meet the batch order demands of different customers.
Q4:Have you passed any international certifications, such as ISO9001, FSC, or FDA for food packaging?
A:Yes, we have obtained a series of international authoritative certifications. Our production management system complies with ISO9001 standards, and our paper-based printing products have passed FSC Chain of Custody Certification to ensure the sustainability of raw materials. In addition, our food packaging products have obtained FDA certification, fully meeting the food safety requirements of the North American market.
Q5:Have you cooperated with any well-known international brands or large retailers?
A:Over the years, we have established long-term and stable cooperative relationships with many international brands and large retailers, covering daily chemicals, electronics, food and other fields. Due to confidentiality agreements, we cannot disclose the specific names of all cooperative customers, but we can provide relevant product cases and test reports for your reference with customer approval.
Q6:What types of printing products do you mainly provide? Do you have rich experience in brochure and leaflet printing?
A:Our main printing and packaging products cover brochures, leaflets, product manuals, packaging boxes, labels, posters, gift boxes and other categories. We have more than 10 years of professional experience in brochure and leaflet printing, serving hundreds of customers in different industries, and mastering the key processes of color matching, folding and binding for such products.
Q7:What core printing processes do you master, such as UV color printing, hot stamping, laminating, or die-cutting?
A:We have mastered a complete set of core printing and post-press processes, including high-precision UV color printing, hot stamping (gold/silver and special colors), matte/glossy film laminating, V-grooving, special-shaped die-cutting, embossing and debossing. These processes can be flexibly combined according to your design requirements to enhance the visual and tactile effect of products.
Q8:Do you use environmentally friendly materials? Can you meet the green production standards of our target market?
A:We are committed to green production, mainly using environmentally friendly raw materials such as recycled paper, soy-based inks and water-based adhesives, which are non-toxic and pollution-free. Our products fully comply with the EU REACH and North American ASTM environmental standards, and can meet the green production requirements of your target market.
Q9:What is the defect rate of your products? Do you provide a folding warranty for folded products like brochures?
A:With strict multi-level quality control (including pre-production material inspection, in-production sampling inspection and post-production full inspection), our product defect rate is controlled below 0.3%. For folded products such as brochures, we provide a 100% folding warranty—if there are quality problems such as cracking, misalignment or uneven folding, we will reprint them for you free of charge or provide corresponding compensation according to the actual situation.
Q10:Can you customize products according to our design drawings and technical requirements?
A:Customization is our core advantage. We can fully customize products according to your design drawings, technical parameters and sample requirements, covering all details such as size, material, color, printing process and binding method. Our professional technical team will also provide targeted optimization suggestions to ensure that the final products are consistent with your expectations.
